Three Beans and an adventure around the corner

Today I had lunch in North Sydney and met Ed. He runs the Three Beans Vanilla Mung cafe in Greenwood Plaza.

Not only does Ed make a mighty fine coffee and BRAT (Bacon, Rocket, Avocado and Tomato on toasted sour dough), but he's a motorcyclist too! Ninja 600.
Being from Uruguay, he's going home to visit. Naturally, we got talking about our plans. He's going to hang out with his motorcycling friends and do a Che tour like this one I found. Compass expeditions do loads of other trips around South America - and trust me, if there were places left I totally would have taken up this opportunity!

Very envious of Ed's plans cause he'll be going with mates and is a local. I might have to invite myself to tag along - know of a spare bike Ed? :-D
